If you haven’t done so already, please have a key to your unit put in the knox box. This is so fire department personnel can access your unit in the event of an emergency if you are not home or are unable to answer the door.

If emergency personnel need to access your unit and you are not home to let them in, they may have to break down your door. The association will not cover the cost to replace your door.
